Fascia Training

Helps to release deep tension in your body, teaches you to notice where your body is holding tension, improves mobility, builds body awareness.

Working with your myofascial system is a great way to stimulate your relaxation response to your nervous system.

Breathwork

Conscious breathing leads to stillness, it helps to slow your brain down. Breathing is the only autonomic function we can consciously influence.

You can use your breath at any time and any place to activate a relaxation response to help calm down your nervous system.

Individual Accompaniment

Making the journey into ones archives of memories and emotions can feel very overwhelming . We offer individual coaching sessions in which its is the goal for you to leave feeling more in-charge and organised mentally .
